Support tickets sent to Listia

The following is a support ticket I sent to Listia. I asked why they
won't post a nice, handy conversion table on Listia for XNK:credits:dollars.
Included in the post was the link to Listia's page, How-Much-is-1-XNK-Worth
but as I said in the ticket, "it's not too helpful, nor...handy."

I should add that USB1bidder is my Listia handle. I don't know why I didn't use it here.
Maybe I can change it.

I'm happy to see that natahoa is still posting here, as I have not been in our board

No handy conversion table on Listia for XNK:credits:dollars

"Why is there no handy conversion on Listia for XNK:credits:dollars? Listia used to have a nice, handy conversion of credits:dollars, why not a table for XNK:credits:dollars right where we can see it? Is there something Listia is hiding from it's members or what?

I found this page: help.listia.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000473552-How-Much-is-1-XNK-Worth- but it's not too helpful, nor is it handy. Is Listia trying to make things more difficult and less accessible. It really erodes my trust in Listia and especially in XNK.
