WTH's wrong w/these people? I've been a "Member since Jun 7, 2010". And just now they're giving me the 9th birthday badge?
While they've always been responsive to support
tickets and the like, they've always been out of touch and seemingly distracted and unenthusiastic in their approach to Listia members. I never have had a lot of respect for how they've conducted themselves. Some individuals seem to try, others seem like they're jamming through support tickets (I've submitted about 50 or so, over the 9 years) without reading the ticket at all. It's
a sad commentary on corporatocratized behavior.
And a birthday acknowledgement a full two months after the fact is pathetically whack, if you ask me.
I'd like to hear from some others who've been victims of
Listia's bureaucratic idiosyncrasy.

Hi BID1.
I think it's actually Listia's 9th birthday. And in logging in we helped "celebrate" their birthday & earned a new badge. I joined in 2015 so I got a Happy 6th Birthday to Listia badge, then, 2017 was Happy 7th Birthday to Listia, etc. I do wish that instead of a badge we'd get a few free XNK.
